Gr3 Titanium Forged Ring ASTM B381 F3 Titanium Ring
The process for the seamless roll forged ring involves cutting a hole out of a forging material, and rolling it into a thin ring. The roll forged rings offer improved concentricity and smooth surfaces as compared welded rings. Forging rings also save the material compared to the machined rings from bar billet by not having to bore out the inner diameter.
