TX seal forging produced by YIXIN has high strength than normal ASTMB381 standard requirment. YIXIN has selected chemical composition in sponge and fixed the production process to meet the mechanical properties criteria. HSE operation idea and traceabilities has been firmly followed during the productions.
The production flow roughly as below: Titanium sponge selection , alloy additives for making the ingot by vaccum melting (VRC-Three times)→ Billet forging by Oil press→ Cutting of mateiral→Forging activities(Heating at times different by size)→ Heat treatment (Annealing)→Mechanical/chemical test→Machining→NDE test (Visual inspection/UT inspection/Hardness 100% on forgings)→Marking & Packing.
